Kodak Polychrome Graphics Complex
This project was unique as we worked under the direction of a construction manager representing Kodak Polychrome Graphics. Freeman was hired to provide pre-construction and construction services for this new complex. This project had a rigid timeline - five months to substantially complete new construction of a 180,000 square-foot facility and renovation of an existing 100,000 square-foot facility. Working through the ‘team approach’ concept, this challenge of design, value engineering and construction, was successfully met.
Of the three similar KPG projects, this project was the only one completed on-time and within budget.
