Morningside Baptist

This project involved a new construction, two-level, children's ministry center and the renovation of an adjoining building. The project was a total of 39,640 square feet and involved: classroom additions, theater and indoor playground. Freeman & Associates helped the church with their budget using our ‘value engineering’ program, making the addition of the children’s center possible. This facility has been viewed by others as a “model for consideration” when planning similar projects.
